General FAQs

  • Head to the ring size guide page for all the information you need on how to work out your ring size. Alternatively you can order a plastic ring size through the website.

  • All Sorrell Jewels products are sold second-hand. This means they are not brand new, and they may have signs of wear and marks from previously being worn. All defects and necessary information on the condition of the item will be shared in its description. However, if you do have a problem or find anything amiss please don’t hesitate to contact me to create a solution.

  • Sustainability and reducing waste is important to Sorrell Jewels and this is why I always try to reuse packaging in order to reduce the amount of waste I produce. All items are sourced as second-hand, vintage or preloved. Each order also comes with a small jewellery pouch, please reuse this. All Sorrell Jewels printed promotional materials are made from recycled sources.

  • The easiest way to get in touch is by dropping me an email at emily@sorrelljewels.com. I will get back to you as quickly as possible!

  • As I have a disability there can sometimes be an extra day needed for your item to be shipped. I will ensure I get the order posted as soon as possible.

Shipping FAQs

 
  • At the moment, Sorrell Jewels orders are sent out twice a week. This tends to be on a Tuesday and Friday, but this can vary.

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all tracking information. All free postage orders are sent out as second class parcels without tracking. If you want your parcel tracked you will need to select this option at checkout.

  • You can only track your parcel if you selected the tracked shipping option this when checking out You will be able to find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Yes, this is the responsibility of the customer. Sorrell Jewels will not pay any duties or import taxes. With the U.K. having left the E.U. this is now the case for all of our European customers.

  • Free UK shipping includes only England mainland and Scotland.

 Northern Ireland and UK Islands are excluded from free shipping.

  • All products and orders can be shipped internationally. This has a flat rate cost of £12, and includes tracking to avoid any parcels being lost.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

  • If you feel you should have received your parcel and it has not arrived, please drop me an email at emily@sorrelljewels.com and we can get to to bottom of it.

  • All Sorrell Jewels rings are listed using the UK ring size chart. This means you can use the handy ring size guide to work out your size before placing an order. However, these things do happen and Sorrell Jewels aims to be as helpful and flexible as possible. If your ring does not fit get in touch and we can exchange the item. However, I cannot refund for this reason.

  • Once an order has been place we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. You can return your order as an exchange once it has been delivered.

  • Sorrell Jewels reserves the right to cancel an order placed if; we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

    If in the unfortunate case that we need to cancel your order, we will notify you by email and process a refund back to you within five working days. Sorrell Jewels will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
